Shanghai Zealwe Tech Mid-Autumn Festival Gala

On the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival, all members of Shanghai Zealwe Technology Co., Ltd. gathered together to open a warm and passionate Mid-Autumn Festival event.

Dr. Liu Zhigang, the General Manager, delivered an inspiring speech. The general manager reviewed the company's journey, from the arduous exploration at the beginning of its establishment to its emergence in the PV industry today, every step embodies the sweat and wisdom of the whole team. 

The general manager emphasized that in the current economic situation, major challenges such as internal competition and overseas expansion coexist with great opportunities. As the ‘PV Garder’, we must seize the opportunities tightly, follow the footsteps of industry development, and move forward with the trend. To contribute to the progress of the industry and the development of society with more enthusiasm, more rigorous attitude, and more innovative spirit.

Next, the exciting outstanding model recognition ceremony for the second quarter has arrived. Employees Wang Yaxin and Li Zhibin (led by department head Bai Xiaokang during a business trip), who have demonstrated outstanding performance and courage in their work, went on stage to receive the award one after another. They demonstrated the fighting spirit and persistent pursuit of quality of Zealwe people through practice.

Then, all employees took a group photo, and their faces were filled with pride and joy. This group photo not only records this beautiful moment, but also witnesses the unity of the people of Zealwe.

In the afternoon, the fun filled gaming activities brought the entire atmosphere to a climax. In the game of playing ping pong, participants are fully focused on the ping pong balls on the water surface, carefully blowing air. The ping pong balls jump between water cups, sometimes holding their breath nervously, and sometimes cheering for small successes. 

The pot throwing game venue is also bustling with excitement. Players aim at the mouth of the pot and gently throw arrows in their hands, each hit attracting a burst of applause. And the Mooncake gambling is full of surprises and joy, with dice jumping in the bowl and everyone looking forward to good luck, with cheers echoing one after another. These small games allow everyone to relax both physically and mentally in their busy work schedule, and also enhance the relationship between colleagues.

In the game activities, everyone forgot about the fatigue of work and released their vitality to the fullest. The collaboration and competition between teams make everyone feel the power of the collective. Laughter and joy echoed in the air, and at this moment, we were not just colleagues, but also close partners.

In the evening, the newly hired employee introduced themselves. They are full of vitality and energy, expressing their aspirations for the future and their determination to contribute to the development of the company.

Finally, all the staff gathering began. Delicious dishes filled the dining table, and everyone sat together, raising their glasses together to celebrate this reunion festival. In a warm atmosphere, everyone exchanged bits and pieces of work and life, and laughter echoed in the air.

We are well aware that we still have a long way to go on the big stage of the PV industry. But as long as we unite as one and move forward collaboratively, we will surely be able to rise higher and create more brilliant achievements in the days to come.
